I've been looking at building reading plans for Bible/faith study guides for the fall. I've found a few that don't have a text entry box for the user. In my particular situation, I find this to be a serious drawback - not for myself but for participants.

Thanks and sorry for the lack of reply. I've been on vacation.

I'll take a look at these in some depth.

We've been in a bit of a push and a pull relationship with input elements. We were far too over-eager in our use of input boxes and had to pull back and tighten our standards.

I spot checked a few of these and could see why, based our production standards, they did not receive input elements. "Models of the Eucharist" is a good example. We're looking for text that suggests a reader should write an answer and space or lines intended for writing answers or trying to determine if the questions are rhetorical (i.e. questions intended to be examples of what the reader could ask/do). In this case we determined input boxes weren't appropriate. On the other hand, I could also see why a reader might expect them as well.

All that to say, I'll take a look and see what needs to be tweaked on our end.

I'm glad you got a vacation in - I hope it was enjoyable and reinvigorating.

My standards seem straightforward - is the resource intended for use in a small-group or class setting? Thanks for looking into these.
