I had the same discount, and it said that it was due to dynamic pricing.
Interestingly though, I did not own any of the resources.
I did have the NAB already though - and several Base Packages.

Before I wrote the post I ordered the NABRE with INTERLINEARS, and the three August Two Horizon commentaries (plus 3 other freebies).
The total was less that US$10.

We'd expect that it would continue to show as $2.89, whether or not we own it, but it's likely difficult for FL to fix.

Yes - but in my screenshot above I was showing the higher price in an incognito window and not logged into the site. Hence my confusion!
