I am sure someone has reported this but I am surprised this bug is still around

I don't see this - Shift+O simply gives me a capital "O"
Can you expand further please?
Thanks Graham. After your reply, I tried two things
1. Hitting Shift + O on the same Logos install - crash
2. Doing the same thing on a separate install I have on my Surface Pro. no crash but some visual weirdness in the library pane
There didnt seem to be any pertinent info in the Logos logs so I went to event viewer and found this.
Faulting application name: Logos.exe, version: 7.16.0.12, time stamp: 0x5b22e5daFaulting module name: KERNELBASE.dll, version: 10.0.17134.165, time stamp: 0xb0bb231dException code: 0xe0434352
Perhaps some conflict with another app on my computer?
So I found the conflicting app. Its CAM software from NZXT that I use to control my AIO cooler (yes, I game and type sermons on the same PC )
Shift+O brings up CAM's overlay on games showing FPS and CPU temps and so on. FOr some reason (probably the use of DirectX perhaps), Logos is seen as a game by CAM and Shift+O tries to bring up this graphical overlay.
This somehow disrupts Logos and causes it to crash.
I have changed the overlay shortcut in CAM and can confirm that the issue is resolved.
Thanks for letting us know,
Fascinating!
