DominicM:thanks Alan, its that important to me am seriously considering delaying upgrading/skipping 8 and waiting for 9 and hope its added by then
If you look back at the L7 release notes, you'll see that tools like the Sermon Editor were frequently updated over the course of L7.
Likewise, L8 tools will get improved over the course of L8. There's no need to skip L8 and wait for L9, simply because a particular feature wasn't able to be included in 8.0.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!

Will this feature satisfy the continuing suggestions to allow users to insert pictures into notes?
I didn't see a good way to group canvases, or to export them. Is there more documentation about this feature?

Can you explain what you mean by "group canvases"?
You can export your canvas image by clicking on the kebab menu (three dots on top of each other) in the top right of the canvas tool window.
I agree Canvas is very cool and just want to add my +1 for Hebrew text support!

By "group" I mean:
No way to group canvases.
You can export a canvas as an image (PNG) in the panel menu (aka kebab menu or three dots on the right side of the panel).
Is Canvas available now in all Logos 8 upgrades?

Now that is nice.

Alan already answered this question above. However, something that may work for your scenario is the ability to add pages to a canvas. Each page could be a different canvas for different passages in 1 Timothy

Pastor Roger: Is Canvas available now in all Logos 8 upgrades?
Bronze and above.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!
I think it's included in all bronze packages and above.
I noticed this????
Seems like there might be some confusion on the website.
At https://www.logos.com/canvas it says this:
Pastor Roger: I noticed this????
That looks like an error. https://www.logos.com/compare/feature-sets says Bronze or above. The discrepancy is unfortunate. Faithlife will have to confirm.
Here's the webpage:

I picked up the Starter for that reason... :(.

Sorry to hear this, Roger.
I hope Faithlife are able to correct this soon.
Hi all, yes that is a mistake on our end. Canvas is indeed only available in Bronze and above, and we will be fixing this error on our site shortly.
Our apologies for the confusion, and thank you for pointing this out!

Pastor Roger, we're very sorry about this. I can confirm that someone from customer service will reach out to you shortly to make this right. We hope you enjoy L8, and again, our apologies.

So glad to hear this.
