My Aristotle loads without crashing now. So that works. I’ll have to see if it gives blank pages later.

Final verdict on 8.0.3. Books no longer seem to crash it, but I still get the blank screens and repeating pages requiring me to close the app and restart it.
Wish the update would show up in the App store so I could download it.

if you’re talking 8.0.3 for iOS, it is.
Perhaps that was what I downloaded earlier this week. Crashes so fast I can't check. Hoping the latest version shows up asap.
Just go to the App Store and manually download it.

8.0.3 came out yesterday for iOS. Strange if you haven’t seen it.
did you go into Settings>Logos/Verbum and choose “Reset workspace”? If you do that, and don’t open the book it crashes on, you should get some functionality.
hope this helps.
I have the latest version the Apple App store has provided. Again... waiting for the updated to show up for update. Going to the App store otherwise only gives the option to open the app, not download. Thanks for the response nonetheless.
Did find where you can update going to app itself in App store (thanks for that) and updated to 8.03, can't remember last time I did that with Logos. However, still crashes as before on iPhone X. I've reset workspace also, but still no-go. Oh well...
8.0.3 is a NO GO for me. Constant crash after a short time!

On my iPad mini the crashing is much less now. Only once in last 24 hours but I constantly have to force close it and restart it due to the blank pages and stuck scrolling.

bob,
i suggest sending your crash logs in. They might help Logos determine why it is happening.
Tap the three bars, select help and then report A problem.
Ok. Let me give that a whirl. Thank you
That also is a NO-GO! App was frozen.
I was finally able to upload a crash report. I had to do it quick before it crashed. Just upgraded to L8 yesterday and laptop was in the process of updating and making the transition at basically the same time. Don't know if that might be related. L8 mobile is dead in the water for me. It is UNUSABLE! Desktop version is fine.

One of the features of the Log Reporting tool is that the Logs are collected AFTER a crash.
This is designed to allow the crash to be record in the Logs themselves.
I might be helpful to you to post the resulting zipped log file in a new thread and see if one of our gurus can help with the cause.

How to get logs and post them. (now tagging post-apocalyptic fiction as current affairs)
Thank you Mike. I am not sure where to find the zipped log file. I have been away from Logos for a while and just upgraded yesterday. I do like what I see but this mobile app anomaly is a show stopper for me!
Bob Deacon:Thank you Mike. I am not sure where to find the zipped log file
Mike's comment relates to the desktop app not the mobile one.
Sending the log through from the mobile app - which you have done - is the only option we have there.
Okay, thank you Graham. I am concerned about the mobile app. I do have the latest (8.0.3) and while it starts up, I get the spinning Mac wheel which indicates it is downloading something but it crashes after 10-15 seconds or so.

I share your concerns.
I flagged something similar yesterday at https://community.logos.com/forums/t/175095.aspx
Hopefully this can be identified and addressed quickly.
