Hi Jack.
Actually, I just looked and it appears to be resolved. It may take a little bit for the metadata update to take effect.

Good. I think there may be more of these; if I see any I will let you know

Hi Jack.
I'm wondering if you might be having a problem similar a problem MJ was having earlier with the Library catalog and metadata updates. The solution is to delete and rebuild your library catalog database.
Andrew Batishko (Faithlife) noted it could be a problem that originated with the beta and advised: "You should be able to clean it up by deleting your Data\<random>\LibraryCatalog\ folder to allow the application to correctly download metadata again." (I'm guessing that's assuming a Windows OS).

Wash your mouth out with soap [:P]
Deleted the Library Catalog folder. Rebuilding was an extremely painful process. After 30 minutes Logos seemed to be frozen, so I forced quit

Upon restart, thing seemed to work as expected. However, this painful experience did not correct the initial problem
The Library Catalog seems to be the weak link in L8. A minor tag change results in a multi-second yellow banner informing me that the Library Catalog is updating. That makes cataloging a new base package an all-day chore. Surely, you can do better than this.

Jack, you may need to restart one more time in order to force the correct metadata to download after the library catalog got rebuilt. You may need to wait a few minutes before the metadata finishes downloading. One option is to keep an eye on your log file and watch for a line like the following to show up:
[quote]16 Info ResourceMetadataDownloadManager Finished metadata update.
Please let us know if it's still a problem after that.

The problem seems corrected now, but that was a painful fix—works than rebuild index

My Tregelles Greek New Testament is still listed as an English resource, even after deleting the library catalog folder and restarting twice. Was there another step I was supposed to take after deleting the folder. Is there a command that I can execute to force the software to rebuild the catalog metadata with the correct data?

BUMP. Any further response on this from Faithlife? I'm still having the same issue after deleting my library catalog. Tregelles is still showing as an English bible resource. PLUS, now after deleting my library catalog file one of my resources (Biblical Places Maps) won't download the icon for itself even though the other resources in my library have.

Klyah, you might have a better from FL if you start a new thread and explain the difficulty there. FL is unlikely to respond again to this old thread.

Sorry about that!
I pushed out an fix on the server side that should change the resource language. You should see that take effect in an hour or so (Monday at the latest).
On February 4th (thereabouts) we'll push out a resource update as well.

Taking this to the next level: Scott posted today about other bible texts that are wrongly tagged as lang:English in the library.
I can confirm the five type:bible resources in Nicoll's "The Expositor's Greek Testament" should be lang:Greek and the "Varia Lectio" resource belonging to Tischendorf's Novum Testamentum Graece (which gives an alternative Greek text for the pericopa adulterae) likewise.
It seems there's the same issue with the type:bible resource of Alford's Greek Testament - I don't own that one to confirm.
And the BHt by Richter should be lang:Hebrew rather than English, although this may be a trickier one, since it's an interlinear edition where the surface text line is in transliterated Hebrew.
Have joy in the Lord!
