Looking for Excursus on the Basileia by E.R. (Elijah Richardson) Craven

Anyone know where I might find a copy of Excursus on the Basileia by E.R. (Elijah Richardson) Craven?  I am guessing that this is in the public domain.  I have googled, searched through some used book sites, etc.  Any suggestions on where else to look would be appreciated.  Of course someone who has converted this to a PB would be ideal!

Hi, It appears to be on pages 93-100 of the Scribner edition of Lange's Commentary on Revelation, which is Volume 10 of the NT section:
