I have 3 panes in my workspace. When I click on the information window I get the 4th pane open and the parallel resources icon is not visible on the 3rd pane as shown below. It looks like there should be room or there should be a scroll or drop down showing the remaining icons.
This is before the information window
This is after.
Not ideal, but not uncommon in apps running out of room for toolbar buttons. I'm a bit more curious about the space between the Sidebar menu and the search box.

Why has the parallel resources icon been moved to the far right rather than far left where it is much more usable in narrow windows?

Good question.
Have you pre-ordered A Catholic Introduction to the Bible: The Old Testament yet?
Thanks for the bug report. We will be sure to create a case for this issue.

I agree, it needs to be moved back to the far left. It's the button I use most frequently in the resource panel and now it changes position with each resource being at the far right (since not all resources have the same options). So it's always in a slightly different position when you need to use it. And it gets cut off when I'm splitting my screen between two program windows or when I have a lot of windows open within Logos.
I hope they not only fix the "cut off" issue but they also move the button back to the far left.

Please could Amy or someone else from Faithlife comment to say whether a return of the parallel resources button to its more usable position is being planned/ considered? (For me, it is currently a major issue holding me back from upgrading).
Cromwell: [Is] a return of the parallel resources button to its more usable position is being planned/ considered?
It is not planned. Remember that you can use the left and right arrow keys on your keyboard to instantly load the previous/next parallel resource in the same panel.

Adam,
The original issue with this post has to do with the fact that icons are hidden as the size of the tab is narrower. Will the space management of the icons and the reference box be addressed? The parallel icon allows users to see which resources have info on the pericope as well as decide which one to view. Icons should not disappear when a user has 3 panes and the info window open. Whether you move the location of the parallel icon was not the original issue.
John Fidel:Users should not disappear...
I tried but I couldn't repro that. Did you hear a trumpet blow?

That almost made me spit my coffee...
I fixed it...
Many thanks for clarifying, and for the reminder on the arrow keys. This does make me very reluctant to upgrade. May I ask what the rationale is behind the radical reordering of the buttons on the toolbar?
