In previous Logos versions, I could click dropdown menu (“article”) and find an option called “highlights” (or something similar) and be able to scroll through each highlight. That option is no longer there. Can I do it somewhere else?
Open the sidebar for any book. There are 2 options to choose from: table of contents or notes/highlights. Choose the notes and highlights and then click on the highlights under "type".
This should provide you with only the highlights in any particular book.
Hope that helps.
yes, thank you. noticed that. but it ONLY shows highlights. It does not let me see the text in context.
Additionally, once I see the highlights, I cannot get back to the text. I have to open a new copy to get back to reading. It won’t get out of highlight mode.

I reported this on the beta forum but I'm sure it is in L8.0 as well.

This isn't too helpful is it?
The old way of being able to move through highlights (and search results, which is also missing) needs to be restored or something equivalent added. The planned future feature list for Notes seems to indicate some way of navigating through them, if I understand the jargon correctly. I see nothing about doing this for Search.
Faithlife, what is planned?
It's listed on the Upcoming Features list here: https://www.logos.com/faq/notes
That's what I thought.
My other question has to do with scrolling through search results. Is there a plan to implement something to allow us to do that as we could in L7?

Hi Greg,
We've got a bug report and I've added this thread to it.
This has been fix in 8.2.
