Ok I renewed in 10/2018- I have not used any MED resources since 6/18 when I chose TH241 Christology- I have tried to get another resource but the codes are rejected- doesn't FLC reset when you renew?
It's every six months I believe.
Even if you have renewed the old MED should have ended with the renew of Connect- the cycle presumably would start over.

Coupon codes are typically on a (one-use) per-account basis. Renewing shouldn't let you use the same code a second time.

Again that raises the question if you renew why isn't your account reset so you start over?
The codes are not linked to your account renewal date but are updated twice per year at set times - simpler for FL to manage but I can see how you believe it would be linked to your account renewal date.

I think it's every 6 months on a strict calendar cycle-- every 1/1 and 7/1 gives you fresh access. Pretty sure.
Seems like a strange way to implement that - since other parts of the program do depend on a renewal time element. Looks like it would depend on your usage- finish one in 3 months delete it setup another- then that's it till you role over at renewal time.
We are entitled to two Mobile Ed codes per year (for Faithlife Connect Essentials), not two codes per renewal.
Automatic subscription renewals don't get extra codes to use just because their subscription didn't lapse. Cancelling then renewing shouldn't be any different than an automatic renewal.
Think of it this way. If you subscribed on a monthly basis, but were able to cancel then renew each day of the month, would you expect to get thirty free books for that month? That's probably why it's one use per account, not one use per renewal.
