Is it possible to export a Workflow template or document to Word? Or a format that is compatible with Word?

Not that I'm aware of. What exactly were you hoping to achieve? Perhaps there would be a different way(?)...

I would like a simple printout of my document. I could use it as a training tool for other teachers. And I might use it myself when not near a computer.

This is something that I also would like to do. To be able to export my workflows to Word for further editing so that I can teach Sunday school lessons.

The best I have found was to open the workflow to a floating tab on my 4K monitor (I had to adjust scaling and display properties to maximize the monitor space to get the workflow in one pic)  then use snipping tool (I use Win10) to capture a "snapshot" of the workflow as a PNG. I then imported the PNG on the left column in a Word doc so that i could notate around the graphic.
