... hey kids!
So I'm in Micah and wanted to find every occurrence of Lord but not LORD.
But doing a search for "Lord NOT LORD" finds 0 results (there were no quotes in my search though).
Why is that?
The one thing I noticed is that LORD is in an All Caps-type font (NASB95). Could that have something to so with it?
Confusedly Yours,
Carmen
In the search box simply type Lord and in the drop down menu under the magnifying glass icon click Match case instead of Match all word forms.
Maybe try this approach:
<HebrewStrongs = Strong’s Hebrew #136>
Or do a bible word study to dig deeper.
Hey John, actually it already is set to that setting, But LORD is still coming up.
Bizarre, huh?
Logos stores Normal 0 false false false EN-GB X-NONE HE MicrosoftInternetExplorer4 Lord internally as "'Lord' but transform the case into small caps". That prevents searching by case.
You really need to be searching using the Hebrew in an interlinear: Lord NOTEQUALS <Lemma = af/he/יהוה>
