The references in this book all point to some random HTML pages, such as:

http://text/02_chapter01.xhtml

http://text/01_frontmatter04_foreword.xhtml

http://text/02_chapter95.xhtml

I suspect there's a bug in the converter.

At first glance, it appears to me that these are internal hyperlinks designed for certain ebook versions of the resource. Since the links point to a different version of the resource, the links are broken within the app.

That's OK. I purchased volume one in Logos and 2 and 3 from Kindle.
