When I am at church and not connected to the internet this app does not work properl, Why?

Some functions do require an Internet connection and, as DominicM says, you would need to download the resources you want to access

What specifically isn’t working for you?

Logos is unusable while not connected to the internet. It will only show a a few pages of the passages you were last on while connected to the internet, but once you disconnect to the internet it no longer will allow you to search or change passages. I'm using an IphoneX ios 12 with Logos 8 and have the resources i want to use downloaded, but still does not work without an internet connection. Can you help?

I don't see this - iPhone 6s with iOS 12. There is sometimes a jerk when moving over "boundaries" but I can continue to read through resources that are downloaded

I can do either of these - I have just tested it

Some search functions do require Internet connections but those that should work when disconnected seem to.

But I know others have reported similar issues so there is a problem here somewhere.

Have you tried deleting and reinstalling the app?

Hi Allen

Great to see you in the forums welcome.

There is (or maybe has been) a glitch with the iOS app that stops it working properly if the App is reinstalled from a back up.

Although the resources still show on the App as downloaded they are not actually there.

You might like to try removing and then re-downloading the resources that are giving you trouble.

I had the same symptoms as yourself and this 'fix' solved them for me.
