I've read some of the other posts on here, but I'm still confused and need a simple answer concerning the March Faithlife Coupon Changes.
I'm on Faithlife Essentials (No Resources), formerly Logos Now.
I used to receive a coupon for a free Lexham Press book every month.
Is that gone and replaced with a coupon for 25% off a Lexham Press order instead?
I also now see I can receive up to three free classics. Do I have to choose my three free classics from this list?
https://ebooks.faithlife.com/connect
Or can it be any three from this list?
https://www.logos.com/products/search?Resource+Type=Faithlife+Ebooks+Classics&unlocked=no&start=&sort=pricehi&pageSize=60
Thanks!
Nathan Parker

Yes. You should have received an email about that change. See Does This Mean We Are Losing Our Free Original Starting March 1, 2019? for the forum discussion.

You're not limited to the ten shown. That list has a button at the bottom that shows you all your choices.

They're both the same Classics list, just two different websites. You can make your selections from either site.
Thanks to FL for including Carta and a Hebrew audio bible in Logos 9!
It also says that you can:
Pick 3 Faithlife ebooks every month
at the following address:
https://connect.faithlife.com/get-started
However, the coupon only works one time. So I don't see how you get to pick 3 Faithlife ebooks every month. If someone can clarify this, it would be helpful.

If I understand your issue, a lot of Faithlife coupons are good to use only once. Therefore, you'll have to buy all 3 ebooks in the same purchase each month.
The problem is that the coupon won't work when you do that. Or at least it didn't work when I tried to do that. That is why I think that is misleading.
I'd contact customer service. I used my coupon this month by adding three books through logos.com, then I applied the code. I didn't try through the ebooks site, so I don't know if there is an issue with that site. It should work as Lew described.
Logos.com has 3,183 Classics while Faithlife ebooks Classics has 3,187 => https://ebooks.faithlife.com/search?context=product&sortBy=Bestselling&limit=60&page=1&filters=Faithlife%20Ebooks%20Classics%3Aresourcetype-faithlifeebooksclassics_Resource%20Type
Dreaming of Classic expansion along with Faithlife eBook filtering for owned resources.

The coupon works. If you go through https://connect.faithlife.com/get-started and click the "browse Faithlife Ebooks" link to the right, where the three free classics are promised, it will lead you to https://ebooks.faithlife.com/connect with some suggestions. Scrolling down you'll see
The button leads to https://ebooks.faithlife.com/search?context=product&sortBy=bestselling&limit=15&filters=Faithlife+Ebooks+Classics%3aresourcetype-faithlifeebooksclassics_Resource+Type with the 3000+ ebooks you can choose from. Putting three of them into your cart and applying the code will reduce the price to zero on all of them.
That's what I did. And it worked.

oh wow, sorry, wonder how that happened. It worked for me. i just loaded up three books and all charges were brought to zero before I purchased.
I like Apples. Especially Honeycrisp.
Thanks everyone for the info!
I tried again. But it didn't work. I guess I am stuck with only the one free book.
I would contact costumer service. They should issue another coupon or something for the other 2 books. I mean it is kinda annoying they would expect you to know that the coupon must be used all at once.
Just a thought: With your coupon for 25% off a Lexham Press order, you might want to consider building an order that includes any of the Lexham Press specials in this month's Publishers Spotlight that may interest you: the coupon gives you an additional 25% off the sale price.https://www.logos.com/publisher-spotlight
This is a good idea, and exactly what I have done. But worth noting that the code only works on lexhampress.com, not logos.com - all the deals are still there, but you can't order directly from the page linked above. Not sure of the logic behind this but it was mentioned when the Connect changes were announced on the forums

I suspect that the deal is that you can use the coupon once to get three freebies but not three times to get the same through separate orders. In other words, you may only use the coupon once.

I didn’t realize this and also got burned. I guess I’m gonna have to settle for only one free book this month as well.

I expect that Customer Service can resolve that for you. You can call, chat with, or email them.
Our Team looked into this and your ebooks coupon is now available for 3 separate transactions. If you have already redeemed one ebooks title for this month and after trying again you are unable to redeem yoir next 2 titles, please contact support.
Thank you,

Found a good use for the Connect 25% off coupon! Works on the two books already discounted in this month's extra free book deals.
