Reference Box Doesn't Work

I've tested this on Safari and Chrome on both iPad and MacBook Pro. When I enter a reference in the reference box after opening the CSB it doesn't go to the reference I entered. I hit enter on the keyboard nothing happens.

It’s a shame that Faithlife cannot sort out problems on the web app. it’s the one area over which they have 100% control, no problems with what platform it is on or what capabilities the users computer has. Please give fixing this bug and also the notes not being accessible from the Bible screen priority.
