I recently purchased Wallbuilders Package. Each media file is unaccessible. Going to the support page, we are told to check internet connection (which I did) and to download all media (which I tried) but the files are not accessible.
Does anyone else have this problem with this resource?

I don't blame you for asking for a refund. It's a great collection, but if you can't access the media you're missing out on a lot of it.
I purchased mine in 2012 when it was still on CD. The media is in mp3 and WMV format, so I can still access it outside of Logos.
I simply do not see it worth the money without the media. Hopefully they will respond positively to a refund. I am one month and 3 days since I purchased.
I would expect them to honor your request for a refund since they were aware of the problem. They usually do a good job at taking care of their customers.

I returned the resource since the problem was not fixed and there was no response from FL. I am quite sure FL will honor a request to return the product even if it has been long past 3 months for you. You have repeatedly asked for help with this.
Since this is a known issue and they have not resolved it the product should at the very least have a warning on its webpage that there is an issue with the media. Have they done this?
I received an email from Logos tech support. I was able to download the media and now am able to access the videos. I'm not sure when this was fixed, but it's working now.
