Glosses for Hebrew and Greek not showing up

I emailed logos first but got little help. I just started using logos, primarily to access Hebrew and Greek on my phone, but I can't get the english gloss to appear when I tap a word. I have lexicons in my library; does something have to be set up a certain way?

That is exactly what I try, but the white box has never shown up for me. The black bar does show up, but I want the glosses for various words.

For me, on both the Beta and Stable versions, one has to long press and then release before the white box appears.

The long press does not bring the white box for me. I am currently only using the logos app; would there be any reason that I would need to download it on my PC as well?

I struck this exact same thing today, neither my Greek nor Hebrew bibles were displaying the morphological info when I long pressed on a word as normal. Just like the OP experienced.

Updating the app to the most recent version appears to have resolved the issue, now both the black bar and the white box appear.

If you having the same trouble, try checking for updates?
