New Member Introduction

Hello everybody,
Just joined up today and was trying to find a thread or post where a new person joining could post to introduce themselves and say hello...not sure if I'm posting in the right place...but hello
I found this site while looking for another copy of Life and Actions of Athanasius, by Nathaniel Bacon, 1664.
Sure is neat that there is a 7 vol set with many research notes included in it. I didn't know there was such a book or volumes available, really neat! Will need to get that set!
Anyway, have I somehow overlooked the best place to introduce myself, or is the General area the right place?
blessings,
Rick

Welcome Rick. This is a fine spot to introduce yourself.
How long have you been a Logos user? This is an excellent place to discuss any questions you might have.

I just joined the forum, not sure I can afford to be a user really. Just have realized that using Logos was something we pay for...we need to consider it later.
I'm more inclined to read actual leather bound paper books....I restore historic Bibles and Christian books.
I may still pay for logos membership in the future...can't do it right now though...seems the sales of antiquarian books right now is a little soft, and it sure affects my spending abilities currently.
Thanx for the welcome aboard the forum here though.
Can I still be on the forum even though I'm not a real paying member of Logos?
Just wanting to know.

There's no membership required.
Do you know about the free version of Logos, called Logos Basic?
Either way, you're welcome here even if you don't use Logos yet [:)]

Hi Petah,
No, I didn't know anything about it, thanx for letting me know. I look forward to using that.
Sure glad I can be welcome here either way.
I feel all warm and fuzzy now

It should work. Sometimes it won’t load up at the moment but it works when you do it later. Try Google Chrome if it doesn’t work out 👍😁👌

Rick, welcome. You may want to check out this thread:

It goes back early 10 years, with hundreds of replies, but will give you a feel as to who is on the forum and the type of atmosphere here.
