I've created a training reference list for Logos 8/Verbum 8 - one that is low maintenance. Any thing that I've left out? Any better way to organize it? Yes, I'm still working on Faithlife where the datasets I'm confident I have a handle on ... but groups on the tools? HELP
https://topics.logos.com/Verbum_8$2f_Logos_8_Training available as a reading list within Logos/Verbum but I was thinking more along the lines of referring people to this thread or providing a link in the wiki.
Note this is also accessible through (1) the F1 function key on your keyboard or (2) the Help Menu on the Task Bar of the application.
These groups are alphabetized omitting any leading Faithlife, Lexham, Logos, or Verbum.
The documentation generally provides (a) definitions of the data, (b) search syntax, and/or (c) suggestions for additional reading.

How do we index this, so as to make it easily retrievable?
Excellent job MJ! This is very helpful. Thank you!

This linked opened the logos help fine if that was what you were asking
Wow MJ. What a great list! I will have to bookmark this.
This linked opened the logos help fine if that was what you were asking Logos Help Title Page | Logos Help $$$$ need to verify link
Thank you ... I'm only running Verbum at the moment so I didn't know
It can be:
The first will always be up to date; the second will be up to date unless I forget and need reminded; the third and fourth you'd have to keep updated yourself but you gain searchability.
It can be: used as a reading list: Tool bar --> Tools --> Reference --> Reading Lists set as a favorite post More --> Add this post as a favorite copied to a Word file and made into a personal book copied into a Note
You can avoid using ref.ly, which has to pass through the web app. Use the L4 link instead e.g. Logos Help title page
(If ref.ly is used internally, Logos/Verbum will bypass the web app, but you can use L4 in a browser which can redirect to the Logos/Verbum app).
I just did a "final" update indicating where there is documentation embedded in the tool or interactive.
How did that address my comment on using ref.ly?
It did not. Re: your comment, I wanted to research to see if there was any reason that the RL format for the address had not been changed by Faithlife. But, yes, I think there is an advantage in changing format and I appreciate your pointing it out -- I wouldn't have thought of it myself.
