I'd like to find the dates associated with a verse or passage in the bible.

For example, when I'm reading I 7:1, I want to learn that Israel and Syria attacked Judah in 735/734.

I can see some events that are associated with a verse by right click, but don't see how to get the associated dates. I can also see events in the timeline, but I need to know the date first to find it. But how do I get from verse to the associated dates. Is it possible?

Thanks!

So when you right click on the verse, make sure reference is selected in the context menu. Click the associated event in the context menu and it will show you basic information, see screenshot. If you click the highlighted item it will bring you directly to that point in the timeline.

Does that help?

Aha! Not sure how I missed that, and just what I was hoping for!

Thanks!
