CBV used to work. Last week it stopped ... it is still stopped(!) so here I am.
I can copy within CBV and manually paste into word ... excellent ... fully formatted etc.
However, the one click 'Copy and Paste Link' is not longer pasting. It does the copy but not the paste.
Assuming that this is not the fault of L8, is there any way that I can track what is happening ... I simply do not know the mechanism underlying the export ... and am wondering if it is a setting in Catalina, or Office 365, or somewhere else!!!
Logos Bible Software 8.9 8.9.0.0023
macOS Catalina 10.15.1 (fully up to date, afaik)
Thanks.

I cannot reproduce this problem on my Mac. I am running the latest Catalina release with the latest 8.9 version of Logos. I am also running the latest Insider Fast release of 365 for Mac. CBV is working as expected
Logging Tool
Did this happen after you updated to Catalina 10.15.1?
Try this: go to Security & Privacy in System Preferences and check to see that Logos is checked in the Accessibility menu item [under Privacy]. If it isn't, check it (sometimes things get undone in the updates). If it is already checked, uncheck it, restart the mac (maybe overkill, but never hurts) and re-check it.
How To Get Logs

Multiplied thanks, Levi I did not know about that feature.
Enable-and-Submit-Log-Files | Install
Thank you ... that may be a pointer to an issue ...
the box was already ticked, so I went for the over-kill option ... unlock; untick; reboot; re-tick .... and failed almost at the first!
When I unlock the preferences panel, I cannot untick the logos option ... in fact I cannot untick any ticked option for any app! If an app is unticked then I can tick/untick as normal ... I am thinking that it may be a locking issue. Logos loads at boot (a 'feature' that has not gone away since L4 :-( ) ... I am wondering whether a safe mode boot might allow me to disable logos here ...
Thank you ... that did fix it in the end.
The settings were not even editable in safe mode, but I was able to remove the setting completely. Back to normal mode, using the CBV tool prompted me to go to the system preferences that had restored Logos to the list and was now unticked.
CBV is working :-)
Many many thanks.
Martin Folley: Thank you ... that did fix it in the end.
Excellent, glad to have helped!
