This is one I don't have and it is on sale at a decent price:

Opinions? Worth it? I am a pastor that preaches weekly. I don't read original languages if that matters.
What say y'all?

I find it a very useful series and am very pleased that I have it
Well worth it in my opinion - but it will depend on what other commentary resources you already have
I agree with Graham. It's not overly technical and often offers refreshing insights.
For the current price it is worth adding the set to your library.
I have not used all of the volumes in this series, but I have used the ones on the Letters of John, Ephesians, and Colossians and Philemon with profit. Carson's volume on the Gospel of John is supposed to be outstanding, but I haven't yet used it enough to have a personal recommendation.
I notice some of those I haven't used much are ranked #1, 2, or 3 on the best commentaries site.
The approach is scholarly but not overly technical. You don't need any knowledge of Greek to use them, should that be a concern.
John is a great volume I’ve used a lot. The new Pastoral Epistles is good, but not as good as I thought it would be. 1 Corinthians and James are great too. The series, overall, won’t disappoint. The price is good too 👍😁👌
Ephesians and Hebrews by O’Brien are excellent but unfortunately no longer available.

It is outstanding. This set is my first or second choice on any NT passage (EEC is usually first if available).
Thanks to all of you for your thoughtful replies. I am going to get it based on your comments.
Thank you again!
