Dark mode is rapidly becoming ubiquitous. It would be a welcome addition to Logos/Verbum.
"The saints are the true interpreters of Holy Scripture. The meaning of a given passage of the Bible becomes most intelligible in those human beings who have been totally transfixed by it and have lived it out." - Pope Benedict XVI
Dark mode or Low Light Color scheme please!!!
At the absolute latest, this Accessibility-related improvement should be implemented in Logos/Verbum 9.

I was referring to Dark Mode, which I mistakenly thought would be clear given this thread's title. Sorry!
Accessibility forum has several Dark Mode related threads: (screen colorization affects usability)
Apologies to those already familiar with but curioue as to what ‘Dark Mode’ would bring to the software?

Principally, an option that reduces eye strain, which is particularly valued by some people who have greater difficulties than others in using programs such as Logos and Verbum without it. Some of the posters in the Accessibility threads that Keep Smiling linked to were quite pleased to discover workarounds in the absence of Dark Mode (also called Night Mode); it would be better still if workarounds were not needed.
Logos 8 thread => Dark Mode includes a "Dreaming..." mock-up by Randy W. Sims
Personally like reading light colored text (e.g. white, blue, red, yellow, green) on dark background (so dreaming of dark background for resources too).
Logos 4 thread => How-to: "Night Mode" toggle button on Windows 7 PC includes "Night Mode" (using Windows 7 Magnifier)
Internet search site:community.logos.com negative screen finds a number of forum threads with "dark mode" examples.
Thank you.

Happy for this to be an option for those that it makes a difference but personally I find it a struggle to read the dark screen shot mock up. I have to strain to read them. Much easier for me to read dark text on light background.

My eyes prefer Dark mode in macOS and Windows 10. Mock up with mixture of light and dark background areas is challenging to read dark backgrounds (my preference is entire screen having dark background).
Apple has three mode choices in System Preferences => General: Light, Dark, Auto (in macOS 10.14 Mojave and macOS 10.15 Catalina)
Microsoft Windows 10 (version 1909) has three choices in Settings => Personalization => Colors: Light, Dark, Custom (can choose Light/Dark for Windows mode and default app mode). Windows 10.
Currently the Logos/Verbum setting for Resource Background os Windows Default is White (ignoring Dark Mode choice by user).
Dreaming of Dark Mode option for Faithlife web sites too.
DIsciple II:Thank you.
You're welcome.
