Two resources Baker Encyclopedia and Zondervan Encyclopedia

One topic 'Faith'

When set up as parallel resource you find Baker but you won't find Zondervan, Why?

I think because Zondervan is not index as 'faith' but 'faith, failthfulness'.  which means that when you set up resources as parallel Mo's right and left arrow will not work.  You will find the Baker entry but not the Zondervan.

Should there not be a way for 'faith' and 'faith, faithfulness' to be caught in the same search?

It needs them to be separate words in the index (visible in the Reference Box) where the article is titled 'faith, failthfulness' e.g. Holman Illustrated Bible Dictionary.

I don't have Zondervan to check this.
