For a couple weeks now, when I use Chrome to browse the FL bookstore and open a book to buy it, I get a flash of the sales page and then a screen that looks like below.  Other browsers seem ok.  I looked through my 17 or so extensions, but nothing jumps out as the cause. This occurs on all my computers (granted, I sync Chrome settings) and also occurs in incognito mode with most extensions turned off.

Does it show you as being signed into FL? Your screenshot doesn't show enough. What does the address bar show? Does it work in Logos, Verbum, Noet, & Lexham?

1. I did crop off my secrets at the address bar.

2. I am signed in.

3. Verbum Same story.  Thought I might need St. Ambrose, Pray for Us!

My address bar contained this:  https://verbum.com/product/7832/early-church-fathers-special-catholic-edition.   Same empty screen.

4. Lexham--same thing. Noet--does that exist anymore? It does!  (https://ebooks.noet.com/)  Doesn't work either.

5. https://ebooks.faithlife.com/  Works fine. I failed to mention that savory detail above.

I tried this with books I own and books I don't. I haven't cleared my cookies because my banks and credit card companies really don't like me doing that.  However, I observe this on 4 of my computers. I thought it might be a screen resolution issue at first because 2 of my computers have strange resolutions but the other two are quite ordinary.  No other special settings.

I'm thinking there must be a mismatch between your FL account settings and your Logos settings, user id, email, etc. Check all those, sign out of all, then back in. Probably not your computer because it fails on 4.

I am seeing that same behavior/page when I click on the sample pages at the bottom of the sales page.

Makes sense.  I tried signing out of everything and back in. No improvement.

My Chrome works OK on that and the puchase function. I'm wondering if it's anti-virus or security sofware.

I get the same result with Edge when I click on the sample pages. Huh?

Does your billing info:

https://www.logos.com/account/billing

Match your FL account name at the upper right (Dale E Heath for me) and the FL name under your picture on the left? Since it works in other browsers, it must be a browser/FL bug. Something only FL can fix. Are you using VPN?

The FL account and Name do match.

Yes, I do use a VPN, but turning it off doesn't help.  I am overseas.  Using a US node (Seattle) also does not help.

SOLVED:

Privacy Badger (tracker blocker) extension kills some FL site purchasing pages.
