Hello Forum,
I am having an issue with my new purchases not downloading when I purchase them. In my Program Settings I have the setting, "Download New Resources" selected to YES but the purchase just sit there with the option to "Download or "Open Web App". Anyone else having this issue?

What that the setting before you restarted the app & made the purchase?
Have you tried the command "update now"? If so, and if it doesn't work, can you post a screenshot of your settings?

Just got off the phone with teck-support with the same problem. You will have to call them.
