Several years ago I heard a talk on the basic ways that people use in worshipping God and the preferences that different people have. I THINK the four used were through Music, Bible Study, Prayer and Listening to Sermons. Yep I should have made comprehensive notes but I didn’t!
I am interested in any books that might cover this topic to better assess the reasoning behind it..
I do not want to start a discussion on the subject!
Can anyone help?
I’ll find a book, but it’s 5 acts of worship:
1. Prayer
2. Singing
3. Lord’s Supper
4. Bible Study/Preaching
5. Offering/Giving

Looks like the sort of book I was looking for. Another one or two for different view points would be ideal. Thanks both of you.

This is a great book, highly recommended - I have the German translation in hardcover in my library - unfortunately it's by Zondervan and thus can't be delivered to my country
