Bug: Download button in resource Preview is unresponsive

• set Download New Resources = YES
  
• set Automatically Start Downloads = NO
• purchase a resource

The Download notification is for the new resource which appears in Library as shown above. The Preview has a Download now button which is unresponsive, whilst Cancel download appears in a Library drop-down.

When selected, Cancel download is replaced by Cancel removal, but the download notification remains and the new Preview still has an unresponsive button. After a short while Cancel removal reverted to Cancel download, which also happens when Cancel removal is selected!

All of this is resolved when I allow the download to occur via the Notification. But:-

1. If it appears, then the Download now button should work, else don't display it.
2. Cancel download is misleading/confusing. It should be consistent with the Preview.
