If one imports a Word document as a personal book into Logos/Verbum, and it contains Greek, Latin, and/or Hebrew, then when one double clicks on a(n inflected) word in one of these languages, will the dictionary/lexicon be opened to the right word?
Thanks in advance for letting me know.

This will be exactly like it works for Logos resources: an inflected form will be found, if you own an "analytical lexicon" that contains inflected forms - otherwise, only the "lexical form" i.e. the lemma can be found automatically.
In other words, if it works currently in Logos for you (in monograph resources, not in interlinear bibles which do have the lemma in the dataset), it will work the same for PBs, if it doesn't, you may need to get an analytical lexicon.

Thanks for letting me know.
