Hi,

I would like to lay out all of the chapters in a book horizontally, to see the lengths of each chapter.

Unfortunately, Canva seems to really bog (slow) down after adding a few chapters. This makes it a tedious task. Especially if I wanted to do that to all the books of the Bible.

1) is it possible for me to program a custom script that can lay them out like that automatically? I can think of the pseudo-code for it. If so, how?

2) if not, are there any other ways you can think of to speed this process up?

I am guessing the speed issue is because all of the text is editable at the same time?

Thanks,

Have you tried just opening multiple instances of the book?

(Otherwise, you might just consider adding some RAM.)

you mean opening multiple instances of the book in tabs next to each other? The point is to have it in canvas so I can use some of the visual tools. :D

I have 12gb ram. That should be enough.
