Hi!

As you can see from the attached, since the update 8.14 this has become an issue every time I have more than one sermon doc open. One of them goes blank with no option but to close tab and reopen. However, if I work again in another sermon doc (I normally have 3 on the go) one of them will go blank again. This did not used to happen prior to update.

I use Windows 10 with more than enough specs, should that be relevant.

Help/Fix would be appreciated

Hi Rev. Thomas,

Does this happen when both sermons are in different panels rather than one? Click and drag the tab of one of the Sermon editor tabs to the left or right and centered vertically in the window. You should see a dark rectangle overlay appear indicating the space the panel will take up once you release the mouse button. Then release the mouse button.

This should create a new panel with only that Sermon editor in it. Let us know if the content appears as expected in the new panel.

Hi Rev, 

I have a report from a customer having this problem when two Notes are occupying the same panel. 

Can can you export (from the file menu) of the hardware and OS information from your System window (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/300887/description-of-microsoft-system-information-msinfo32-tool), and the GPU information from DXDiag (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/4028644/windows-open-and-run-dxdiagexe)? You can use the paperclip icon in the reply editor to attach the files, or email them to tech@logos.com

The same person who emailed also reported the behavior did not occur when starting Windows in Safe Mode. Can you try that as well and report whether that changes the behavior or not for you? Here is an article on Safe Mode. https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/help/12376/windows-10-start-your-pc-in-safe-mode If you use a PIN to log in to Windows 10 make sure you know your actual Microsoft password as you may be prompted for it.
