Restore Accidentally Deleted Bookmark

In the bookmark section, I accidentally hit CNTRL+SHIFT+6 instead of 7. Is there a way to restore 6 to what it previously was?

I don't believe so but I hope I'm wrong/

I don't think so as CTRL+Z does not work.
