Hello

I just turned 21 and am no longer a minor. Is that why I did not get the code?

No.

I believe you must sign up for EVERY email stream that Logos/Faithlife offers?

To summarize, there are two conditions for receiving the birthday coupon. 

Firstly, you must have your birthday on your Faithlife account, including your year of birth.  We require year of birth because we are not allowed to give this benefit to minors.

Secondly, you must be subscribed to the "Logos Sales and Special Offers" email list.

Anyone who has concerns about their birthday coupon should contact Customer Support at 1-800-875-6467 or customerservice@faithlife.com.
