New Testament Use of the Old Testament:
Could anyone clarify the terms -
Allusion, Quotation, Citation, and Echo?
Also, I could not see how to Print/Export the results.
Is this possible?

You can run a {Label Intertext} search (with a WHERE clause to restrict the results) and then print the search results or export to a Passage List.

When you open a new search window, click "Use search templates" (second from the bottom) and there is a wizard for NT use of the OT searches. EDIT: Actually, trying both, your search works for me too. What level of Logos do you have? I wonder if it is a dataset issue.
I forget which package it is, but it's a cheap one. Is there a dataset I could buy to do this?
Unfortunately, Logos doesn't let us piece together datasets. It is included in Bronze and up, or some of the subscriptions: https://www.logos.com/product/55335/new-testament-use-of-the-old-testament-dataset

Lol, no worries. I appreciate the help. I bought the interactive resource today thinking I could do that. If I did get the upgrade, is there any way to export the whole table? That is what I'm looking to do.
Not directly, unfortunately. It looks like you can only get at it through search and the interactive, which does not have an export option.
Through search, you could do something like {Label Intertext WHERE Relationship ~ "Citation" AND Source ~ <Genesis–Malachi>} and get a passage list of all of the New Testament passages that cite the Old Testament, but you would not have the passages they are citing labeled. If I were you, I would look at a book like the Commentary on the New Testament Use of the Old Testament. It does not have anything as simple as a chart either, but it does have an entry on basically every reference in the form of a New Testament commentary, and an Old Testament index in the back. I wish the index listed the New Testament passage rather than just the page number for the commentary, but at least in Logos you can mouse over the page numbers and see quickly. I think the search tool is cool (especially for things like {Label Intertext WHERE Relationship ~ "Citation" AND Source ~ <Genesis–Malachi>} WITHIN {Speaker <Person Jesus>}, but if you just want the raw data, the book will be cheaper and will include a lot of valuable explanation on why scholars think those are citations or allusions.

Ok, so I bought the Bronze package! Lol. So would this search give me every NT verse that alludes to a OT verse? It seems to.

Also, I think there are some direct prophecies missing from the list it spits out. I'm doing:
{Label Messianic Prophecy WHERE source ~ <gen-malachi>}
to show all the NT quotes of OT Messianic prophecy, but it's missing some. For instance, Matthew 4:15–16.

Your search string is correct - but then it's a question of tagging.
And, taking the passage you quote, as an example:
It is possible that the people doing the tagging looked at it and decided it didn't match the specific criteria they were using, or that it does and they missed it
There are regular discussions in these forums regarding labelling - where it applies / whether something has been missed. And where things have been missed or things need to be changed, the tagging will often be updated.
