Hi,
I know that the Logos helpline is toll free in the States. However, does anybody know how much it would cost me from the U.K.?
Tony,

Not answering your question directly, but I find web chat easy and of course free.

Likewise the forums.
I presume you mean to their 0871 number listed here https://faithlife.com/contact. It says "Discounted Line" but I think the purpose of 0871 numbers is for companies to make money off your call. Perhaps Logos doesn't do that but it would be nice for you if they said what discounted means. You might try a VOIP phone or something like Skype to phone.
You can email them to call you.
To me, Chat is almost as good and quick as a phone call and it's free.
These service numbers are used by organisations for sales or enquiry lines.
The cost of calling 087 numbers is made up of two parts: an access charge going to your phone company, and a service charge set by the organisation you are calling.
The service charge for calls to 087 numbers is between 0p and 13p per minute.
The access charge – which is additional to the service charge – will vary depending on your phone company, and can range from 8p to 65p per minute. Choose a provider from the table below for more information on their pricing. In other word it is anyone's guess!! I had this problem in the last month and was fortunate to discover that having the family office 365 subscription gave me 60 mins of skype credit to anywhere in the world. If you were wanting Sales use the chat as long as you have your discount numbers (if any) ready.
Tony, I’ve spoken to FL staff on the phone several times from the Uk. I usually email Customer Services and request a call back. They’re often more than happy to abilge so long as time zones reasonably overlap with suitable times for both. Hope that helps. L
I always use Callcentric to call toll free US numbers. I don't pay anything for the calls.
