I got the email about making sure my billing, etc. is up to date in Logos.
I am grateful the perks program is gonna "carry over."
My questions are:
1) I just enrolled in the Perks Program in Janaury 2020. So technically I am covered until January 2021, right? If not, will there be a credit issued (esp. considering #2 below)?
2) How does the Perks Program mesh with the Logos Now / Faithlife Connect program? I have the FL, too, on my original Logos account and am wondering what (if any) the benefit of keeping the Perks going beyond whenever the program will lapse for me.

I also have both Perks and Connect, started in April, spent the $100 immediately on something that came over to Logos yesterday so that's a good thing. But it looks like the Perks benefits are a partial duplication of Connect. My connect renews next month and that is all that I saw when I went to that page on my account. Is that it or can we expect it to be modified in the future? Or are these questions premature?
I wonder the same the same thing. I have a Perks membership but I notice that the free monthly books use the same code as the Faithlife Connect free ebooks. So does that mean that I will no longer get free books from Perks because I am already getting the books with Faithlife Connect?
I am a Wordsearch Perks member. I received an email saying my Wordsearch Perks account is being canceled. What do I need to do to migrate my Wordsearch Perks account under my Logos account? I already spent the Wordsearch credit, so the only other Perks I’m using are the other Perks in the membership. I am also a Faithlife Connect member as well. Will I be renewing a new “Perks” account with Logos next August like I did with Wordsearch, or will everything simply fold into my Faithlife Connect annual membership (I’m on the annual membership plan that was the same price as my Wordsearch Perks plan, so everything is OK there).

Yea...I saw that and this post https://www.logos.com/wordsearch-perks
...but the question of whether or how the WS Perks Program and Logos Now / Faithlife Connect program work together remains. Is it worth having both going down the road? As someone noted above: the code for the free books for the Perks Program is the same for the Faithlife subscription.
I know...first world question...but just curious.

Good question and a question I also like some information on. What I have read so far does not address the WS Perks Program and Logos Now / Faithlife Connect program running side by side.

Long-term, I hope that Wordsearch Perks and Faithlife Connect simply merge under a single subscription. Here's what I'd like to see happen:
Here's how the Perks would be applied to Connect tiers:
In addition to "Perks", Wordsearch also offered a "Library Subscription" with limited access to the Wordsearch web app and some resources. For those who paid monthly for this, their subscriptions should expire at the end of the month. For any who paid annual for these, Logos will need to know how to handle them.
Logos could also offer anyone who did signup for this a free trial of Connect since it offers similar features and a whole lot more.
I never subscribed to it, just reminding Logos it was another subscription offering Wordsearch offered.
I processed payment for my Perks subscription on Friday through WordSearch. In Logos subscriptions it now says that it will renew Sept 22nd and that I need to update my payment details. They look good but I have already submitted payment. I did this through the email link where it said that my subscription had been cancelled.
I "Think" they want you to assign a credit card/form of payment for the auto-renew feature to work. That was what they wanted from me anyway.
There is definitely an overlap between Perks and Logos Connect.
The code for the free three books is the same. I tried to pick three books under my Perks subscription and was told that the code was invalid.
Do anyone know that if the original Perks' "additional 10% discount" will continue in Logos? Thank you for answering.

I have the Migrated Wordsearch Perks. My renewal date is today but I don't see that this has been processed yet. Is there anyone else who has a renewal today or around this time. I know Faithlife can be slow to do things somethings but I wonder what they are waiting for.

My renewal date was yesterday. I reactivated it on Friday and payment was taken from my credit card from WordSearch. I have had a number so phone calls with Logos. This morning they took payment again so that they could renew it. I called and left a message at WordSearch and received an email from them. They have reimbursed my credit card for the initial transaction. I would wait another day and if it doesn't resolve call Logos and talk to a rep.

For those of us who have both Perks and Connect, can someone at Faithlife make this coupon "stack" so we can grab three books from Connect and three books from Perks each month (at least until Logos decides whether to merge Perks under Connect entirely)?

Hi Nathan,
Have you tried purchasing using the Connect Coupon first ( Three books)
Then after the Connect purchase has gone through, load up three more items to your Cart, the WordSearch perk option should be available.
Seem to work that way for me rather than loading up 6 books into the Cart
If you try again, it should work now. Or at least, it did for me...
Working for me now. Thanks!
