Which package levels contain the following L9 feature upgrades:

1. Reading Plans
2. Factbook
3. Counseling

I'm confused. I've looked but it wasn't clear to me.

1. Reading Plans  -- built-in to Desktop L9 (no Feature Upgrade needed); includes Read at your own pace.

2. Factbook  -- built-in to Desktop L9 (no Feature Upgrade needed); need Silver Features for the Visual filter, though (this also gives you Factbook on Mobile)

3. Counseling  -- need Full Features for the Guide and dataset. If your own counseling books do not produce results you can get a set of 7 in Silver Library Upgrade.
