Are there milestones that can be used to create commentary type books that are not Bible commentaries? What I mean is, are there milestones for apocryphal, deuterocanonical, and pseudepigraphal works, etc.?

Yes. In fact, the deuterocanonical books are included in the Bible datatype, so you can tag it with just [[@Bookname]]

If it isn't in the Bible datatype, you need to specify the datatype to use. eg. [[@Pseudepigrapha:1 Enoch 1.1]] For a list of datatypes, look to https://wiki.logos.com/List_of_Datatypes
