The Home Page added two cards for QuickStart for Logos 9 after the update. I have not opened that course in a while. I was able to remove one of the QuickStart dashboard cards but it won't let me remove the other one. I've refreshed the homepage and restarted Logos several times and still can't remove it.

I have been seeing this problem too. I have reported other problems that some replied "that's the way it works.", but I am not very confident in how well this is working right now.

I just deleted both of them from my Verbum installation without any difficulties... but I'm actually still downloading this RC. They magically appeared in Beta 3.
Why two LOGOS 9 Quickstart cards appeared in my VERBUM 9 installation I do not know.

I'm not able to reproduce this. After removing this card it doesn't show up, even after restarting. Can you post your logs from after removing them and then after the restart?

I believe this is because we don't currently have a Verbum Quickstart and you also own and Logos base package that does include the QuickStart.

Thank you. One of the two cards makes sense now. [:)]

I can't remove it at all. When I click remove card nothing happens. Is this something that would show up in the logs?

I was finally able to delete the second QuickStart card. I think there is a problem with the homepage dashboard cards themselves. I had to click around (rather than on) the three dots to find the sweet spot to even get 'remove card' option to pop up. Then I had to click to the left of 'remove card' to get it to recognize that I had clicked it.
I noticed that several other of the cards on my dashboard are having the same problem. The cards are not responding when I click on the cards three-dot popup to display the 'remove card' option.

It took 15 times clicking remove card to get one of them gone, another 6 to get the 2nd one gone no logs to share, logging is not working on my unit.

I had to click the lectionary card for the reading this morning about 6 times to get the lectionary to open. So the problem is not just with the card menus. The cards themselves are having problems.

What type of monitor do you have and what resolution settings are you using? Do you have any Program or OS scaling?

As an FYI, I'm not on any of the betas,...but the QuickStart course has shown up 5x on my dashboard. I've removed them thus far, and now they are showing up, all 5, under Course within the dashboard plus sign. I'm a V9 user (not beta).

I'm using a Lenovo Thinkpad 14inch laptop. My Windows scaling is 125% with resolution set to 1920x1080. My Logos Program scaling is 80%.

This has been fixed in 9.5.
