Would really like to get a big push on this one. This is just too valuable to let sit lonely in prepub.

Agreed! I’ve been in and will continue to stay in
Done!
2 volumes are set now to ship in early Nov with the other volume following. Your push worked. Bumping so others can know. [:)]
Thank you, Angela!
For any wonder'ers, presuming Matthew as later, how big is Matthew? I pulled up the german version, and estimated the scroll bar! Strictly visual, I'd say 45%. Romans-Rev maybe 30%. And Mark-Acts to include excursus on festivals and halikah, maybe 25%.
For any Logosians getting antsie, interestingly this resource:
https://www.logos.com/product/5339/jesus-in-context-background-readings-for-gospel-study
smilingly presented itself as a 'poor-mans Strack Billerbeck'. It's limited to the gospels, but expands into the apocrypha, Josephus, Philo, and early church fathers. And it can't link to the Bible (barely, if using a CitedBy). S&B (german) links directly, but is more useful using a CitedBy (many cross-refs). But Bock's volume does try to identify what was later, vs earlier.
Thanks DMB! There is a table in the front of JiC that will direct you where to go for the scriptures you are looking for. That is usually where I look.

Yes, but it's sectioned ... big pericopes across multiple gospels. SB is verse specific ... very linkable.
Our Logosian that's a professor down in Costa Rica had a good web article on Logos' english S&B (Gary Shogren).

Also, the Logos product page for JiC had an interesting customer comment.
Actually, I'd not looked at JiC much ... I get a bit jaded at context books that get too parallel-iferous. But now, I'm going to take a closer look ... some interesting sources.
