Recent thread => Smart tags stopped working discussion mentions Word update causing Additional Actions to be useless:

Mark Smith: This is what I've been experiencing for the last week or so with Word. It freezes up when I attempt to open the Additional Actions options menu. One such crash offered me the opportunity to report it to MS which I did. The others have not. Back to using Copy Bible Verses for now.
