I recently purchased Logos 9 Full Feature Upgrade. My computer has been synching for over 4 hours. Is this normal.

Your description is misleading as Logos Sync is different to a download of resources (the circular 'sync' icon is next to the Layout menu). Are you on Mac or Windows?

Restart your computer as this may fix the issue i.e. you should get download information from a blue numbered icon next to the sync icon.

Otherwise, please describe exactly what you are seeing, and upload some logs.
