I should add that I very much enjoyed this course.
Thanks Bruce!
Does it have the Suggested Readings: See Also and Activities, Guides, and Tools like Dr. Waltke' OT Theology?
I don't want a Mobile ed with just videos. I'd like to have something that I can further read and explore with Logos resources.
Yes it does!
Your question has been answered but please note if the course has just videos then it is not a mobile Ed course. For example, the various video courses released ny by Zondervan are not FL mobile Ed courses.
I know this course is only 80 bucks, but it really isn’t worth it. It’s extremely basic in my opinion, and doesn’t provide really any knowledge beyond what an elementary student of archaeology would already know. I wasn’t very pleased with it. Just my 2cent opinion.
Very basic indeed, more on the popular level, but it's on sale quite regularly.
Steven, Disciple II, Myke and Jan. Thanks for your further insight. Yeah I was wondering how in depth it was. I read some reviews and most pretty well say what you did.
I'll pass on it.
thanks again.
Milkman, I see that your questions have been answered. Yes it is not super technical but I still enjoyed it.
I am not a student of archeology, not even an elementary one so I found it helpful and interesting and will view it and work through the readings again on more than one occasion in the future. It’s great that you feel you have mastered this topic and have a deep knowledge and excellent recall of all the material in the associated readings. This course Is not really aimed at someone like you as it’s a beginners (level 100). And since you are so confident in your knowledge of the topic maybe even the level 200 and 300 courses in archaeology are not aimed at you. That’s ok. It doesn’t mean they won’t be of value and interest to others. I hope you returned it within the 30 day period so you could get a refund. For me I was pleased with the course and think it’s worth it if you pick it up at a reduced price. The mobile Ed catalogue is quite wide this days. The personal value each of us get out of every course is going to var. Thanks for sharing your mileage for it helps for a variety of people to share in order to build up an accurate picture of a course and who it might suit.
I tend to get bored when watching movies, TV or videos, but this one I found interesting, even when is it quite basic.
Actually I've done part one only, the other parts I'll watch some day later.
I didn't see that this was pointed out yet but you can always go to Faithlife.com / then the course name. Join the group and look at it's documents to see all the readings easily
