OK, I found them after restarting Logos.

Maybe he means his commentary on Romans in the NIB series (Not sold separately— huge volume).

If you buy the courses in Logos you get the video and separate textbooks for each course. The textbooks do not really contain much, just links to the videos, a few reading list entries (to "Romans for Everyone") and some quiz's.
I would certainly not pay full price for these videos but they are very watchable and are a great way to study Romans, I have enjoyed dipping into them over the last hour or so.
As people have said they are third party videos, not formal Logos Mobile Ed courses, but the guy is an absolutely world leading scholar on Romans so why not enjoy them for what they are.
