BUGS: Website sorting function not working properly.

I have found this problem exists in Logos.com, Lexhampress.com and ebooks.faithlife.com.

When I select "Savings" for Sort By, the list of resources changes, but it is not sorted by any savings (percent nor amount).  The same is true when I select Price (lowest first as well as highest first).

See attached image from Lexhampress.com. Sorted by Savings was selected, but they aren't displayed in order of savings amount nor savings percent.  I had "Unowned" and "Biblical Studies" selected under "Narrow your results".

Please correct the Sort by function on all websites so they work as expected based on the Sort by selection.

Its been like this for a long time.  They use to have some really good website at Logos.com that was easy to work with form a users perspective. Now searching and sorting is a shadow of what it once was on Logos.com  - this new site might make things easier for FL and save them money but its a disappointing user experience.

Sort by Savings does work on Logos.com. It appears to produce anomalous results at times because it ignores Dynamic Pricing.

    Hi all,

I've put in a request to dev to review this. I'll respond when I have more information.

    Thank you, Daniel.

What we really need is something like the facets filters in Logos, only better: something that can both select into the results AND exclude from the results - include and exclude options for each applicable facet.  This would help us find what we need rather than give up and not buy something because we can't find a suitable product.
