I can't load the Bible study Photo book. The error message reads, "Sorry an error was encountered while loading the book." Please help!!!!!

If the book you wanted to open is "Faithlife Study Bible Photos", I'm getting the same message on biblia.com - maybe there's an issue with media resources like this. I'm not sure biblia.com is under active development anymore, it's a very old site.
The good news is that app.logos.com, the current web application, will display Faithlife Study Bible Photos just fine. Hope this helps.
