Crash when trying to download a course video

I'm working through NT361 and noticed the video was choppy. Menu revealed it was only partially downloaded. Every time I click "download media" (3 or 4 times so far) Logos crashes. I'm running Logos 9, whatever the latest update is.

My computer:

ACER Desktop

Windows 10

Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-4770 CPU @ 3.40GHz

RAM: 32.0GB

System type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

I may have solved my problem. I found the video file in my app data and moved it to where Logos couldn't find it. When I opened Logos again, it notified me it had updated the file. I opened the file and clicked on download all media. It's currently downloading without crashing.
