Okay, so what is the substantial difference between these two resources?

Is one an update of the other?  Are they completely different bodies of work with titles that are so similar it's confusing?  Because I am confused.  Help.

Old Testament volumes are the same, they’re just paired with different editions of the NT one by Colin Brown and the other one by Moises Silva.

Ah, okay.  That is really confusing.  So which of the NT versions would you recommend and why?

I have both. Colin Brown is a little dated but quoted a lot.  Silva is a new and better organized work.  I use him more so I’d say go with Silva.
