The Lemma in Passage section of my Word Study is no longer populating. How do I go back to seeing a list of resources?

You do not have a license for the Lemma in Passage feature. Below the Product Details on this page you can find a list of packages that include that feature.

Andrew,

Boy do I have a passionate disagreement with Customer Service on this. The only thing I wanted when Logos 9 was released was the feature set, and the fifth point of my upgrade invoice says that I'm purchasing "Logos 9 Full Feature Upgrade" which includes "all other Logos 9 features," but I guess doesn't mean the full feature set. If I've not had it for almost a year and am just asking about it now, I doubt I need it.

Call the customer service staff pronto. The page Andrew refers to states that it is in the Logos 9 Full Feature upgrade ... something is wrong.

I called them, and they reiterated what Andrew is saying....I don't have a license to the full feature set.....only my sales invoice says I do. I felt like they were accusing me of something untoward. Like I said....if I've not had it since the rollout of Logos 9 and I'm just asking about it now, it must not be all that important.
